Guarantee and Return Policy:
Results are guaranteed ONLY for a wrap done in our
salons, based upon each salon's individual policy. We cannot
be assured that the proper instructions were followed or verify the
results on our self administered kits, so we do not guarantee home
kits. Materials that are returned must be returned within 10
days unopened and unused. Wraps that are opened are no longer
sterile and may not be returned. Sauna suits are governed by
the same guidelines as bathing suits and underwear, and may not be
returned, according to Indiana State Law. For items accepted for
return, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping costs
cannot be refunded.
